Spend a fun evening with Plant-based Doc, Dr. Jim Loomis and Plant-based Chef, Caryn Dugan! You might be familiar with their antics on their popular show, The Doc & Chef -now you can cook with them and interact with them on Sunday, June 23 in their delicious Cooking with Rice Paper Class. These baked / air-fried dumplings are big and delicious! The skinny summer rolls will be nutrient dense and not calorie heavy. The “bacon” - ohhhhh, just you wait! YUM!!!!!!!!!

Head’s up! All ingredients should be simple to source in most grocery stores, but if you have a hard time finding rice paper, this is one that I use and like. I recommend purchasing early to have in time for class.
