Cooking Class: Fresh Take on Italian: Creamy Pasta + Chopped Salad
🇮🇹 Fresh Take on Italian: Creamy Pasta + Chopped Salad
Skip the heavy sauces and greasy dressings — this plant-powered Italian-inspired class is all about fresh flavor and feel-good ingredients. We’ll make a rich, velvety pasta sauce from roasted summer veggies and white beans (you won’t miss the cream, promise) and pair it with a crisp, tangy chopped salad that holds up beautifully in the fridge all week. Everything’s whole food, plant-based, and oil-free — but big on taste. Perfect for hot nights, easy lunches, and anyone craving a little Italian comfort without the post-meal slump. 🍝 🥗
🔥IMPORTANT STUFF!
Recipes will be sent out on July 19.

Join us for an engaging and interactive Zoom class that will be recorded and the replay will be available exclusively for members in their member library. If you're interested in becoming a member and accessing this valuable resource, you can learn more here.

This one's got crunch, color, family stories, and chocolate.
Join us for a flavor-packed, plant-powered class that hits every note—from savory spice to creamy indulgence.

Cinco De Mayo Mega Nacho Bar Class
Let’s taco ‘bout nachos. They’re the life of any party, and when Cinco de Mayo rolls around, you know they’re front and center. But let’s be real—traditional nachos? Greasy, heavy, and ready to knock you out before the piñata even makes an appearance.
We’re flipping the script. This Cinco de Mayo, we are building a vibrant, flavor-packed Nacho Bar that brings all the party vibes without the post-party regret. It’s plant-based, heart-happy, and totally customizable—because everyone’s nacho style is a little different (team guac, anyone?).
So whether you’re hosting a backyard bash or just looking for a reason to bust out the salsa, this spread’s got you covered. Let’s nacho like we mean it—bold, colorful, and good for you, too.
Your Menu includes:
Homemade Tortilla Chips
Guac
Fire Roasted Salsa
Black Bean Refried Beans
Sour Cream
Creamy Cheese Sauce
